Interview process begins with a phone interview with the Service Assistant Manager, this relatively informal interview will set expectations for the job and will give you information about the company itself. Basic technical questions will be asked to gauge applicant's knowledge and ability to "dumb down" technical concepts to someone outside of the tech space. Off-topic questions are also asked to break any tension the interviewee may be feeling and serve as a general vibe check. You will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the call, try to have at least one.
If you pass the phone interview, the next interview will be in person over lunch with questions similar to the phone interview, pass this and the final step will be a "Dinnerview" (Dinner Interview) with upper management and some other staff. Final decisions are made after all finalists have had Dinnerviews.
