Football Beyond Borders interview questions

Initial call with the hiring manager, which was meant to be a video call yet that was not stated in the email, nor was there any direct link so quite confusing. This call was a lot more of a basic interview than an intro call imo. Following this, was invited to an assessment day with 4 or 5 others held in a small office space. Had to write a presentation, and then a 1-1 with a young person, which honestly shocked me slightly as this could have been a safeguarding risk for many reasons. Really put me off working for the organisation. This was then followed by an email writing task.
