The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Foresters Financial (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2012
Interview
Showed up to find that it was not a 1:1 interview, rather they seat you in a room with about 5-10 others and a manager gives you a sale pitch about the job. Salary is 100% commission, which they are reluctant to tell you in the 1st interview, however, I got it out of an employee who does a simple 1:1 interview after the presentation. Not for me, declined 2nd interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Foresters Financial (Walnut Creek, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
It starts with a group interview where we were told about the company, the job duties, training and discussed about case studies. After the group interview, each candidate were held into individual interviews which was really short. They asked around 5 questions. If you pass the first round you might be asked to come in for the second process of the interview.
