I applied online and got a call back a few days later. The interview was short and casual. The manager asked about my availability, previous retail experience, and how I would handle customers during busy hours. They also asked a few questions about teamwork and sales. The whole process was friendly and took around 20 minutes.

First time job and got the interview on the spot because of my positive attitude and goals to accomplish with the company, it was a little hard because I was interview with other people, but at the end I try my best to answer the questions asked at the interview and got my self into the company.
