I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
They jerked me around with what location I was going to be at and ultimately ended up putting me in an operations position vs the visual I thought I was getting. The DM is beyond awful! The whole time I was there she never said anything but negative things.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2022
Interview
Pretty laidback. Standard questions about previous experience and availability. Asks some questions about how you would help lead the team in meeting goals and staying on focus. Don’t feel the need to dress up, wear clothes similar to items they sell there.

Question 1
How I would proceed to help a customer find an outfit if asked.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forever 21
Interview
Very easy, I applied online and called the store to inquire about the position and was told I would receive a call if they thought I was an appropriate applicant. I got a call later that day to come in for an interview the following week. Sat in the shoe section and went over resume, classic interview questions and nothing too crazy... I was called back for a second interview where I found out the position was already filled by the district manager without the managers interviewing me knowing, I was then offered a lesser position with a possibility to grow into the position I already applied for. There is an obvious lack of communication in the company and it's embarrassing to tell a potential employee that the position was filled without them even knowing.
