It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.

I was told by a manager to come in store to apply as the process would go by faster. I came in, filled out an application, and was interviewed by a manager. I was hired the same day. I got the pay I asked for and I should have asked for a bit more.

Question 1
Honestly, the questions were really easy. The most difficult question was problem, "Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer." Not that hard being that I have experience in door-to-door sales. In other words, I know what it's like to deal with difficult people.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
