Interview
Visuals have a lengthy interview process facing them. YOu will be asked question regarding your experience current fashion trends, designer influences. You will aslo be required to pull specific outfits for certain situations ex: first date, girls night out, cruise vacation etc. They will ask you to explain the outfits and tell you what kind of people they are, what their influences are and what trends inspired you. Be sure to pull complete outfits (clothes, accessories, shoes) and be sure to use a wide range. For example dont pull from all the same color pallette or all for the same type of girl.
Easy only a few questions they would ask you what fast fashion is and if you can multitask. They want to get to know you as a person and hire you based on your personality.

over all it was good i say not difficult
Casual and Quick. Forever 21 asked common retail interview questions such as: What’s your biggest strength or weakness? Please give me an example of how you handled a conflict in a workplace setting? How do you work in a team setting? How do you respond to instruction and working on your own?
