I had an initial phone call with a recruiter from FGA. Something immediately felt off when I answered and an automated voice announced my call was being recorded. The recruiter mentioned the hiring manager reviews the calls, which seemed strange but I went with it. I felt like I had a good conversation with the recruiter, though technical skills weren’t discussed much. I was told I would hear back in a week or so but never did. I never received a response to my follow up email checking on the process which seems really disrespectful and rude. I get people are super busy but it takes 30 seconds to reply to an email and say “We’re not moving forward”.
