Foundrae interview questions

Bizarre and hostile, I did not feel welcome and my clothing and looks were scrutinized by the manager. I was asked inappropriate questions and not a lot of questions relevant to the job tasks at hand. It seems as if they were screening for style over substance, which is a shame.

Interview process was about 1 month and half long. Did two zoom interviews, and one in person and talked with two workers. They said they would get back to me. No response after a week I reach out, and they said they should know by end of month as they are still doing interviews. I let them know if they needed anything from me to advise. I didn’t hear anything back at all. I wouldn’t be surprised by companies ghosting after interviews, but for someone that took their time and went through 3 rounds I’d expect some decency from a high end company.
