      I interviewed at Foundry

      Interview

I had a screening conversation with the Head of Global HR. The discussion itself was positive and engaging. However, after the interview communication stopped completely. After a week without any update, I sent a follow-up message. When there was still no response, I reached out again a few days later, but unfortunately never received any reply. This was disappointing, particularly for an HR leadership role. Candidates invest time preparing for interviews, and even a brief update would demonstrate professionalism and respect for their time. Responding takes a minute, while rebuilding employer reputation takes much longer.
