I applied online. I had friends working there and they put in a good word for me, which I think helped. I went in twice once to interview with HR and then again to interview with my future manager and tour the property.

They asked questions that I had to answer and I asked questions they had to answer. Together we were both asking questions that we had to answer to exchange information about one and the other.

Interview
I was interviewed by multiple individuals to ensure I'd be a good fit for the team. It was a bit tedious because I had to put aside two days for the interviews, but I appreciated the vetting process. I felt more confident in a company that really made sure I'd be a good fit.
