Interview
There were a total of 4 interviews, First interview was over the phone with HR. Asking behavioural questions and the next three were in person interviews at the hotel. Second interview was with another HR representative and the next two were with the Director of Rooms and the director of Food and Beverage. The first two HR interviews they asked almost the same questions.

Tell us about a time where you went above and beyond in your previous job.
Had more than three interviews (on site and offsite and even online), very selective but smooth, calm and respectful. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly and professional. Even though it was a very competitive job, the interview process showed how their careful selection of candidates, supports and maintains the company’s values and great reputation.

It went smoothly, super professional, super organised, event though they did not reach out for the vacancy but I enjoyed the interview and I will definitely be open to work with them

Previous experience especially in the hospitality field..
I went through 2 interviews with the HR manager and the hotel general manager. They were in person and had basic questions asking my about myself and not really any behavioral questions
