Interview
Submitted resume and cover letter through online university job database. Got called the next day to come in for interviews: 1 with HR, 1 with immediate supervisor, 1 with department head, all at the property consecutively. Each interview was about 15-20 min but with waiting in between I was there about 2 hours. Nothing difficult, very straight forward and expected questions. Be ready to talk about specific instances of customer service.

Talk about a time you went out of your way to help a customer
Had more than three interviews (on site and offsite and even online), very selective but smooth, calm and respectful. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly and professional. Even though it was a very competitive job, the interview process showed how their careful selection of candidates, supports and maintains the company’s values and great reputation.

I went through 2 interviews with the HR manager and the hotel general manager. They were in person and had basic questions asking my about myself and not really any behavioral questions
