A lot of interviews for an entry-level job. Interviewed with HR, then a "practical" with the outlet manager where I "shadowed" the team, walked around the service area, and sat down for a formal interview. Then had a Teams interview with the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the whole property.

Gave a phone interview. Asked what luxury meant to you. It was only ten minutes long. Was an okay experience, just don’t be nervous and you will be fine. I was nervous and I think that affected my interview.
I received a surprise phone screening interview from the hiring manager who asked a few questions about my interest and experience. The call wasn't scheduled and came without advanced notice.
