I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Four Seasons Marketing (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2023
Interview
The first interview was 15 minutes over Zoom. Very quick and felt a little rushed. They fired off asking me question after question about myself. The second interview was closer to an hour over zoom. It was a mix of of quick info about the job and then asking me random and some repetitive questions. I learned that the job seemed completely different from the description and that it is more of a sales job with a base pay and commission. I was told they work 9:30-6:30 and work on saturdays. I was told everyone works a lot and very hard as they table for nonprofits and try to get donations. I asked about vacation/sick days and was told that they don’t take vacation because everyone wants to work so much. I was invited back for a third interview but declined.

Interview
It feels like an MLM. the interviewees are not serious and it is way too laid back. dont get tricked! It is really unfortunate, they are so quick to respond to young people who want jobs, but its just not worth it. look up reddit threads about them!
