Applied here for a simple teller position, and never heard back from them. Many individuals are experiencing the same problem with Fox Communities. They tend to look for "elite" candidates, or in other words, grossly overqualified candidates for their positions. A friend of mine that works as a teller for one of their local branches told me they have two people with bachelors degrees working as tellers. I wasn't aware you needed a bachelors degree to be a teller at a bank, which is one of the lowest positions you can hold in the financial industry.
Either way, the main reason I am writing this review is because I was obviously rejected. The interview process is long, drawn out, and clearly designed with no concern to your personal life or schedule. Then, after your time has been wasted applying for the position, and going through three interviews, they never call you back or even send a rejection letter/email. I called and asked if there were any developments with the position, left a message, but was never contacted back. Tried again. Never heard a word back.
So I applied again about 3 months later when another teller position opened up. This time, no interview, and no rejection notice of any kind.
Fox Communities Credit Union commits themselves to rude and unprofessional behavior when it comes to hiring, and even rudeness to their customers, which is why I switched from them for my banking needs long ago.
Please do yourself a favor, if you are not exceptionally overqualified for the position you are applying for with this company, don't waste your time applying; you will never hear back from them.
