The company constantly has the same roles open, which is a red flag as it suggests huge turnover, and it has been going on for years. Looking at their extremely negative employee feedback and overall score, it’s not surprising.
The other possibility is that the advertised roles simply don’t exist.
Communication with applicants is low (if successful) to nonexistent (if unsuccessful) - they don’t even send rejection emails.
Don’t waste your time, this isn’t a good company to interview with, and clearly not a good place to work.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fox's Burton's (Saint Albans, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
would not recommend. Feels like a serious waste of time especially for students and early graduates. Applied online and was invited for an interview at the head office in St Albans. Overall was a straightforward process. Had to prepare and a presentation to present to key stakeholders at the head office. However, after promising to reach out swiftly with a decision, I was ghosted 3 months later. A serious lack of professionalism and empathy for the work and preparation and actual journey to come interview for the role
