The application process took 1 interview with the hiring manager, 1 with the creative director (all via video call), 1 initial skill test, and 1 paid final test. All these happened within nearly two months
Was asked to do an unpaid design task for the company, after submitting, of course was ghosted after. Extremely unprofessional and will never apply for a job at this company again. Did not compensate for wasted time and extremely unethical way of finding suitable candidates.
I got a first mail with a test before even the first interview. Just done the test and never had a feedback at all. Although I kindly asked for a feedback in any case.
