Fill out a quick application, then interview; then you take three tests...math, reading comp. and grammar...you will need to try to pass the majority of them. I passed two out of three, the grammar was tricky but I still got a callback and they send out my resume to hiring companies. Lastly, you will have to fill out a formal application.
