I applied through other source. I interviewed at Froggy Radio (Cumberland, MD) in Jan 2016
Interview
3 interviews with upper management in various radio stations with various managers in various states . The interviews were conducted by at least 3 managers. I was strung along for 3 months and since they had just purchased 2 groups of stations, I didn;t know the station and city I was intervieing for.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Froggy Radio (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Met Regional Manager first at a job fair. Typical process is to meet Sales Manager first. Regional Manager was great and there was great dialogue. When meeting with Sales manager, I quickly noticed that comments and dialogue were vague and left a lot of questions to be answered.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Froggy Radio (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Very difficult to get in touch to set up a time. The interview itself, in retrospect, is vague and doesn't offer a very realistic outlook on what to expect. Once interviewed, they purposely don't reach back out to you. Instead, you have to continue to follow up with them. In my case, it took over a month to even hear back on the status of my application.
