Interview
Very professional. Quick meet and greet with an assessment to complete. The main 121 interview as in line with the role. Once the main interview was complete it was a quick trip to the call floor to sit with an experienced operator.

Interview
Applied online. I got an interview very quickly. I was invited to complete a few short and easy tests and from there, I had an interview with management staff who were very friendly and accommodating. After the interview I was invited to do a few mock calls and listen in on some calls. I was offered a job a day or so later.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Frontline Communications Group (Portsmouth, South East England, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
A written 'test' which involved one of those ridiculous 'catch you out' parts. It was a list telling you to do ten things, the first of which was 'read this list' and the last of which was 'don't do numbers 2-9'. Patronising as hell. Then a short verbal interview with the recruitment manager before being offered the job on the spot.
