I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fuller's (London, England) in Sept 2021

- What did you enjoy about your previous role?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Fuller's
The manager was very very friendly, but the interview wasn't very clear, at the end I didn't understand which specific role I was candidated for, which are the shifts, and most of all how much is the pay even though I asked.
- Any experiences in hospitality? Why would you like to work in hospitality? Would you be able to go back home the evening? You work well under pressure?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fuller's in Apr 2021
Easy questions. Asked me about uni, past experience, the Fullers company and explained the layout of the pub. Didn’t get the job as I’ve got no employment history and couldn’t work for long.
- What do you know about the fullers company

Anonymous Employee
I applied online. I interviewed at Fuller's
Easy, casual, friendly, the manager was very nice and walked me around the pub showing what I would be doing, the team were great and hands on. It was a great pub and serves lovely food.
- What was the best customer service you received

Anonymous Employee
I applied online. I interviewed at Fuller's
The process is overall very smooth and straightforward. You start by applying online, where as part of your application you are asked to complete an assessment part. This is to judge your personality and thinking process to evaluate your suitability. Once this assessment was completed, it took roughly couple of days to receive feedback. After successful passing, I was invited to attend an interview. There was only one stage meeting two people from management. It took roughly 30 minutes. I received a call with an offer on the same day.
- I was straight out of university with minimum experience so questions asked were more based on my personality, skills and traits.
