Apply online, and then have a skype interview. The interview gave interviewee an idea of how daily work life is. Helpful and informative, you are able to go into the job with a great idea of how the company works.

Very good and informational, I was told so much about the job. It was very clear and I felt comfortable. I could ask questions easily and was able to write notes on everything.
The interview was smooth and the interviewer was personable and thorough in describing the processes and day-to-day life of working for Fun Language International. I conducted my interview via Skype from another part of Thailand. The pre and post interview communication was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful.
