1st time experience -No feedback after the first video interview 2nd time experience- I was called for an in-person interview which went great and I was scheduled for a 2nd Video interview in which the interviewer didn't turn up and didn't even have the courtesy to inform me for a no-show. No feedback or explanation  was provided even after multiple follow-ups through emails and phone calls. Please be responsible towards candidates and communicate clearly  especially during these difficult(Covid-19) times .
