A month after applying to position in LinkedIn, they contacted me arrange an interview. Initially, general information is given about the company (operations, goals, departments etc.). Then, technical questions were made related to the RF field (telecommunications). They were very specific that could be found on the internet. They didn't check for your way of thinking, the ability to solve problems etc. They asked questions that you allegedly should have known by heart. Apart from the technical questions and the company description though, no questions were made about me. The didn't even asked a thing about my CV! The whole interview process seemed very impersonal to me. However, the most annoying part after I passed the first interview was the fact that they cancelled the second interview in the morning of the interview day, without providing me with any reasons. I tried to contact them via email, but they never responded. Such an unprofessional attitude by a large company.
