Had three interviews with different team members, similar questions in regards to challenges and strengths. Mostly it felt like they were looking for a culture fit and someone to teach.

Typical interview, small team so spoke to different groups of people throughout the process, the person who would be my manager, the team lead, as well as peers on the team. In the end we both felt they were pushing me too quickly to decide on the team, and gave me a verbal, but not a formal offer.
