Took almost 2 weeks to shortlist my profile. They asked me to come to there office. First round was manager round he took my CV and asked me to introduce about myself. He told, you have already changed three company in three years of experience for which I gave the reason. He told me to leave for the day without asking anything. Simply waste of time attending the interview after traveling 25 kms far. If that was the case why the recruiter shortlisted my profile taking two weeks. Ask the recruiter clearly when calls for interview.
