Interview
One phone interview and then one face to face with the management of the entire company. There is no real HR department.. The head of purchasing also acted as an HR admin. This is the case in many small companies. The owner attends the interview as well. Very friendly and not structured or formal.

They did ask me to sell an apple computer to them on the spot. An old school question in my opinion... but fun none the less.
