Question 1
How have you dealt with unresolvable conflict in the past?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (London, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Was fun, engaging, short and to the point. GLG recruiter was generally supportive. Asked me questions based on my CV, challenges I had to overcome, how I went about to fix them. Also, how my background would fit into GLG's business model. Generally, an easy going interview and was self-tailored. I got to ask questions at the end about the company.

Question 1
What is an ambitious goal you've had and how did you go about to face it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG in Aug 2018
Interview
The first step is sending CV and Cover Letter online. Afterwards, they invite you to do a video interview. If they like you, they invite you for a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very pushy and I did not prepare at all so I was not successful. There would have been 2 more rounds of interviews with role plays and case studies before the job offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (London, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
A smooth and fast interview process. Started with a pre-recorded video interview, followed up by first round interview with 3 senior employees and finished with a second round interview with 3 members of the management team.
