The interview process consisted 3 rounds of different types of formats. The first round was two 30 minute behavioral interviews. Second round was a case study exercise in which the HR department emailed a topic and gave the candidate 1 hour to return their work. Final round was a series of 3 half hour interviews and a panel with more senior members of the company. Overall the process took about 5 weeks, which is significantly longer than most other campus recruiting efforts.
