A recruiter contacted me for this position at GLG and got me a phone interview with them. The Director of architecture dept called and conducted this screening. Since this company is moving towards Agile Software Development methodoligy, most questions were around this concept. This went well, so they called me in for a 1:1 at the headquarters. I was scheduled for 5 interviews out of which one was a panel interview. Everybody was great and knew what they needed to ask. The interview was mostly around my resume with bits of questions from relevant technology.
