I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GMHBA (Melbourne) in Aug 2023
Interview
You would have an initial conversation with the hiring manager from the people and culture team, followed by a panel interview with rotations managers, and then with the offer call.
The first interview was really relaxed, more like a conversation and the lady was lovely. Have not progressed yet, but initial interview was really not too big of a deal.

Interview
The interview process had an initial phone screening and then a second interview with three people interviewing me at the same time.
The questions they asked was pretty average and even though their team size was small they asked questions at a level where I felt asking those questions was not too relevant.
Overall at the end I did not get a callback or even an email confirmation that I had not gotten the position and I believe it's basic courtesy to at least let your candidates know if they got the job and at least with some level of feedback as to why they didn't get it.
Thankfully I had been interviewing at a few other places and must say the other places were more professional than GMHBA in this regard.
