Four phases of the hiring process. First there is an initial phone call verifying background, checking your communication and willingness to work, then there are logical & communication assement. After clearing that there is Mangerial interview. At last Hr interview then offer rollout

First there will be Initial Screening through a phone call, the after confirming your details you will move to Communication & Aptitude test. After clearing the test there will be a Managerial round and after clearing that there will be HR round
