The recruitment system sent automated reminders claiming the assessment was incomplete. I contacted the early careers team, who confirmed in writing that my assessment had been successfully received. Later, I received a rejection stating the assessment was not completed. When I provided documentation of completion and their own written confirmation, the recruitment team acknowledged the rejection was sent in error. However, they stated the selection process had been completed and declined to review my application. The system error directly resulted in my exclusion from the candidate pool, but no corrective measures were offered.
