I applied online, standard online application asking 3 motivation questions. I was then sent online assessments which included mathematics, non verbal reasoning and verbal reasoning. A telephone interview followed. Next I went to the assessment centre at the GSK headquarter where I had an interview, two group exercises, presentation and a role play.
