There was a test that should be successfully passed in order to be interviewed. If the candidate is accepted then he or she will be invited to do an interview with another person, which will be online due to the current global circumstances.

Interview
There were a few competency questions on team work and over coming a challenge. A lot of technical questions such as mechanisms and spectroscopy. It was a pleasant experience, the interviewer was very nice and helped along with the questions.
