Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Worthing, West Sussex, South East England, England) in Oct 2013
Interview
Initially applied via an agency and was invited in for a face to face interview. Sat a basic maths and english test (Very basic - GCSE standard), before having a face to face interview with a panel of 3 people from different company sectors.
They mainly asked competency questions (What motivates you, why do you want this job) etc but then asked some routine technical questions for the role, nothing too detailed just to ensure you understood what it is you were doing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Stevenage, England)
Interview
1 interview with hiring manager and was asked about my relevant experience, examples of using quality in the lab, how to spot discrepancies and what to do when you spot them
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Straightforward scenario questions. Two people. Manager and HR. Interview was conducted remotely . Duration was probably approximately 45 minutes. A follow up interview for 30 minutes one week later which gave me lots of time to ask questions
I applied online and received a call from the recruiter within 1 week. The phone screening process as fairly easy. I was scheduled for an in-laws in interview within 1 week after the phone screening. The in-person interview process was relaxed and inviting. The interview panel consisted of a manager 2 supervisors and a Sr. Anaylst.
