Interview
I had three interviews: first one with one of the ML engineers, second one with the group leader and a final one with a 2 person panel. The first two were pretty easy and involved questions about my CV and a simple genomics ML problem. The final one was a presentation, followed by technical and behavioral questions. which was a bit harder. But overall, the three interviews were a good experience and the interviewers were nice and respectful. 2 weeks after the final interview, I talked to someone from HR who gave me the impression that an offer was being seriously considered.
But the negative experience began after this. There was radio silence from GSK after my final interview. I emailed both of my interviewers but got no response. Few weeks later I got an automated rejection and I emailed once again asking for feedback or referral for other roles at GSK and again got no response.
Reading the other ML Engineer interviews here on Glassdoor makes me think that ghosting seems like a company attribute. I'm quite baffled as to why can't GSK employees don't bother responding to candidates who reached the final step? It's very insulting to receive an automated rejection if you're one of the final candidates.

Chat with recruiter -> Chat with hiring manager -> leetcode style coding interview, ML theory interview, ML-focused employment history interview -> Idk, I was ghosted.
I've been following up for months now but I've never gotten a straight yes or no from the recruiter.
I already accepted another offer but I'm still interested to know if I passed these interviews because I felt like I smashed it.

Five interviews including online coding test, the technical interview part is quite easy. Coding test was said to have only 60% passing rate. Ghosted after all of this, supposed to have one last interview left. Have written to all people involoved in the process, no replies at all. Last contact point was one month ago.
