Interview process was simple. Had an onsite interview with a phone call beforehand. Aptitude test before was tricky. Took three weeks before a response was given. Interviewer was polite. Mostly asked questions typical of an interview as well as asking questions about GSK itself. After interview was the assessment centre, it was a roleplay situation with the company as if we were trying to solve a problem that they would have.
