Initial screening by recruiter, mostly non technical. A complex and lengthy test in technical round. Followed by three more interviews. Overall, i enjoyed the entire interview process. Very different from other companies I have interviewed with.

The entire recruitment process was a bit spread over time. I met several times with different managers from different departments who told me about working in various positions and checked whether I fit these roles. Only after a few months, I was offered the opportunity to participate in the recruitment process for the position of financial controller. This recruitment process has already gone quite quickly. The recruitment meetings themselves were very professional. Feedback was provided very quickly. I was offered an attractive salary and interesting employee benefits.
