Il colloquio si è svolto in tre fasi: 1. Test sul portale GSK - se non si supera la candidatura non viene presa in considerazione 2. Colloquio conoscitivo via telefono con il recruiter dove sono state poste domande generali e testato il livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese 3. Colloquio di un'ora con il team - più approfondito, analizzando esperienze passate, titolo di studio, attitudine e passione

It was quite manageable process with online assessment then call with HR and lastly, online interview with hiring manager. Overall, very effective communication and provide good feedback to applicant after completed each round of process.

Quick, simulation, easy questions, nice people, mostly asked about motivation, personality, experience, wasn’t very long, happened online. I thought the process was seamless, easy and they also included mental testing questions

Interview
initially there is a phone screening, where basic questions and verification questions were asked. Things like what is your biggest accomplishment so far, or confirming whether you are applying for credit-bearing internship during university. Next stage is an MS Teams interview with the hiring manager.
