3-Person Panel Interview. Depending on the position it could be an additional, but this seems pretty standard. This interview was for a product launch expansion, so vacancy positions could vary.

You start with a phone screen with recruiter first. Take this seriously as this is your first interview. Next, a phone call with hiring manager, then multiple interviews to include panel and final interview is usually with regional director. STAR format
