I applied online. I interviewed at Gap (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
I was actually put in a group interview, there were 6 of us & 5 of us got hired. When your interviewer is asking questions, the main thing is you just have to answer every question & give your input. I know it may be intimidating if other people give the greatest answers but it's still good to put you input in. Speak up, don't be shy about what you think, smile a lot & BE CONFIDENT!

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
