I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gap (Portland, OR)
Interview
I'd been working seasonal part time retail for a few years on top of my full time office job. I was mainly taking this job to supplement my income and to save money on work clothes.
The hiring supervisor was very understanding of this and kinda fast tracked the interview based off my experience. It was mostly him explaining to me how GAP worked vs standard retail and what the hours would be like.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
