it was pretty standard questions and asked me about education and customer service and how i would fare in example situations, which are fairly basic questions asked in interviews that should be expected of customer service roles.
Traditional interview process with management asking a set of behavioral or situational questions. They also asked product and company knowledge and how it connects to future career goals. Interviewer also explained different growth opportunities during interview.
First you apply by either going into the store or online. Then they give you a call and You meet with a manager. The manager goes through your résumé with you, and asks you related questions.
