Pretty standard interview to determine the type of person you are. They are focused on finding inviting and customer-oriented team players. Questions are are mainly based on how one would conduct themselves given various simple/difficult retail scenarios. If you are a friendly and helpful person you should do well in the interview.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
