Short , Sweet and to the point. They are awesome at getting back to you and setting you up for work fast. Most times you apply online , and call in store to receive feedback. You don't need much experience just a great personality and a love for CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!

Just all those tell me about yourself , what makes you want to work here , fashion related items !
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
