Interview
This was the easiest interview I've had. I received a phone call from the manager who told me they received my application online. We set up a time for an in-person interview, I came into the store at my scheduled time, I went to the back offices, I was asked a few questions and I was offered the job on the spot.

Question 1
What did you like and dislike about your previous sales associate job? Why did you choose to apply to this retail store instead of going back to the one you were previously employed at?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
