Went through the phone interview with the HR connection for the specific dept. It was great to speak with her because she had excellent specific details about the position, team and culture at the company. The actual Interview consisted of two separate panel interviews. One went well and I felt a strong connection with the team. The other one was terrible, it seemed like the key interviewer did not know how to interview. It was obvious that she hadn't really reviewed my resume and was at a loss on how to manage the flow of the interview. I ended up leading the interview asking them if they would like to know my work history, accomplishments etc. It ended with the interview reaching for questions, it was a joke. I tried not to laugh - It was if she was trying to think of typical interview questions.
