I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gap (Atlanta, GA) in May 2009
Interview
The interview process was very standard. I did a phone interview with the hiring manager, than after a few days, I was called to come in from a group interview. It was about five people including myself. The hiring manager asked us all different questions, especially about kids because it was for the BabyGap/GapKids store. It's all about customer service at Gap and that was the focus.
Great place to work as a college student. Good discount if you like their clothing. Different shifts such as weekends and even over night.
Pay isn’t all that great but it’s okay for retail.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gap (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview was interactive, with scenarios presented to assess my problem-solving skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service. They also emphasized the importance of teamwork and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gap (Mission Viejo, CA)
Interview
It was a Fairly easy process, and it was face to face in the back rooms. They understood my schedule and helped worked around it. They asked about myself and what I would do in certain situations.
